How it all started

I started getting serious about growing my beard in September of 2014. Once I had some considerable length, my brother told me I should look into beard oils, and beard balms. He told me about his recent purchase of a starter beard kit, which absorbed ninety dollars of his hard earned money. I found this amount to be excessive. So, rather than submitting to the monetary ass rape that I would endure over and over for as long as the chandelier of awesome hung from my face, I decided to do a bit of research into the beard world. The short of it is, my ADHD ran rampant, and I became obsessed.

My obsession snowballed into an active lifestyle choice that others seemed to admire, or at least find it curious and ask questions.

I dubbed this, "Lifestyle Of The American LumberSexual." Basically the gist of it is, I wear what I find interesting, continue to evolve my uncanny appearance, and experience my life the way I want it to be. You can do the same. The reality is, if you don't like where you're at in your life, move...you're not a fucking tree.

The point of this site is NOT to sell another beard product, rather a lifestyle that I have molded into my own. I want to share my obsession with all of you by providing tips, life hacks, and offer you products specialized to living an American LumberSexual Lifestyle. In the end, it's your life, and you MUST live it the way you deem appropriate.
